  • If your trip is canceled within a window of 24-48 hours prior to your reservation, a cancellation charge of 50% shall be levied.

  • If your trip is canceled less than 24 hours prior to your reservation, your complete amount stands forfeited.

  • All refunds will be credited within 7 working days from the date of your cancellation.

1. Change in Terms

We have the right to amend the terms and conditions for Dhow Cruise. This can include the timings, conditions for celebration, and pick up. We will make all of the changes while considering you in the first place.

2. Special Arrangements

You can book Dhows in Dubai to celebrate any special occasion. Charges will differ for the same depending upon the requirements. The prices can vary for the timings of New Year Eve as the period comes under the celebrated events.




3. Pick Up and Drop Service

We see it as our responsibility to ensure that you are delivered the utmost care and best experience. We will pick you from your residence or hotel, and the dropping will also be on us. The timing for pick up will be 7:30 PM. The cruise timings will be of 2 hours, which will commence from 8:30 PM. We even offer to pick up services for other emirates, but the additional charges will be applicable for the same. However, this is an optional service.

4. Cancellation Policy

The charges for the cancellation will be applicable on the basis of the timings you inform us about the changes.

  • If you notify us 72 hours before the timings of your booking, we will take no cancellation charges.
  • If you cancel around 24-48 hours, you will be obliged to pay a 50% cancellation charge.
  • If you inform us in less than 24 hours, we will forfeit the amount paid.

5. Standard Plan

6. No Show Up

If you do not show up on the cruise or the pickup service, we will provide no refund on that.
