Snuggled inside the Dubai Mall Ski Dubai Snow Park surprises its visitors by its unique setup and families can have oodles of fun away from the scorching heat during the daytime. It’s suited for all age groups and a whole lot of snow activities are available to choose from.

- The place is entirely man made and sculpted into different sizes of slopes to ski on

Timing
- Six hours is approximately needed in order to get the full experience of the place and enjoy the activities
- The park remains open from 10 am to 11 pm every day. Thursday and Friday the park operates till 12 am.
Important Information
- It is important to bring caps and gloves as those are not provided at the park
- Children above 3 years are allowed. ID cards are a mandate for entry
- Tickets downloaded needs to be printed at the entry gate
- Pick up and drop are not available from the airport
- Pick up and drop can b scheduled 60 minutes before the scheduled time
- For the activities and rides it should be noted that physical health is extremely crucial. All should be aware of the physical condition and ride accordingly
- Children below 2 years are not allowed for any activity
- Children between 2-12 years will need a child ticket. Beyond 12 years is considered as adult and tickets are as per norms
Cancellation Policy:
- No charges are applied if cancellations are made 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date
- Cancellations made within 48 hours will attract 10% cancellation charges
- Refund if any will be returned to the account within 7 working days
- Tickets once issues cannot be cancelled or money refunded
